It’s a fun rhyming story with sweet illustrations. The concept is cool and will no doubt be a favourite around that yearly event with book character parades and such.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The main character’s best friend, Clare, is dressing up as a bear for the parade. Her costume is incredible. Surely she’ll take out the prize? Although she looks like a front runner for the best dressed competition, she is showing a few strange behaviours.
